Reflection:

Thank you Lord God that you have created angels and that your holy angels watch over us and guide us in your ways. 

Prayer:

It is the tradition of the Catholic Church that each of us has a Guardian Angel.  Here is a traditional prayer of the Church which many Catholics are taught when they are children:

Angel of God my guardian dear

To whom God’s love commits me here.

Ever this night (or day) be at my side,

To light and guard, to rule and guide.

Amen.
